The Circular City Centre: The C3 Circular Cities Resources Inventory
Updated on 20.02.2023
The European Investment Bank prepared an inventory of different resources to support city-level circular action. The inventory includes short descriptions and links to a variety of tools, papers and reports, approaches, case studies, etc., which can be used on their own or in conjunction with the EIB guide ‘The 15 Circular Steps for Cities’ (each resource is assigned to a specific step(s) outlined in the Guide and can be used to support cities in their journey towards circularity).
More information
The inventory provides resources that cover a variety of sectors – e.g. bioeconomy, waste management, electronic and ICT, built environment and food. The addressed focus areas are also encompassing and include policy, governance, circular jobs, finance, business models, procurement and many more.
Relevance for Circular Systemic Solutions
The inventory is a collection of the most recent resources on circular economy, which can be useful and helpful at different stages of the circular transition, from the development of a circular economy strategy or a Circular Economy Action Plan to the development and implementation of a Circular Systemic Solution or its specific elements.
